Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All
authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused
and in resellable condition. No refund or exchanges for items over 30
calendar days from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or exchange
on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or
mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All
custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will
be charged to the customer. Shortage and damage claims must be made
within 5 working days from the receipt date. All claims for damaged
merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all
shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
Concept III Performance cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All
approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card
Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by Concept III Performance .
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to 10%
restocking fee. You may cancel your order at any time provided that the
item has not been shipped yet. Any products returned without a Return
Authorization Number will be refused.

Warranty / Defect Claims

All warranty claims must be made through Concept III Performance
prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact Concept
III Performance via phone or email to begin the warranty / defective
claim process. A RMA number will be issued of the product is defective
or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product Concept
III Performance will forward the product to the manufacturer for
inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective,
Concept III Performance will issue a full refund for the product and all
incurred shipping charges. Any labor, installation, transportation and
other costs can not and will not be refunded or compensated.  

Protection Of Information Of Concept III Performance Customers

Concept III Performance commits to protect personal customer
information. Concept III Performance values the trust its
customers place in the company. Accordingly, Concept III
Performance adheres to the highest ethical standards in gathering,
using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the
company.

Use And Collection Of Customer Information

Concept III Performance does not rent, sell or exchange information
about its customers. Access to information about Concept III Performance
customers is restricted to the Concept III Performance family of
businesses. Concept III Performance gathers only the customer
information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior
service and communicate offers on merchandise and services that Concept
III Performance believes will be of interest to its customers. Concept
III Performance limits access to customer information to a select few
employees who need it to carry out their business functions. Concept III
Performance educates its employees about Concept III Performance
policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information;
preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and ensuring its
proper handling.

Accuracy And Security Of Customer Information

Concept III Performance makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that
the customer information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure.
Current technology used is 128-bit encryption. Concept III Performance
will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments
that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of
customer information.

Personally-Identifiable Information

Concept III Performance world wide web sites collect
personally-identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone
number, or email address) from web site visitors only when visitors
voluntarily provide such information to Concept III Performance.
Concept III Performance web site visitors who do not want their
personally-identifiable information collected online are asked not to
submit such information to Concept III Performance. Concept III
Performance web site visitors are informed that when they provide
Concept III Performance with personally-identifiable information online,
that information is kept within the Concept III Performance family of
businesses. Visitors are further informed that, unless specifically
stated otherwise, the personally-identifiable information may be stored
and used by Concept III Performance to better understand its customers'
needs, to improve Concept III Performance products and services, and to
contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them. If
Concept III Performance web site visitors previously provided their
email addresses to Concept III Performance and would like to have their
email addresses removed from Concept III Performance email mailing
lists, Concept III Performance asks them to send an email message to
concept3performance@gmail.com. Concept III Performance informs such

Enforcement Of Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to
the laws of the State of California, United States of America,
notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these
terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will
be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability
of remaining provisions. Concept III Performance can revise these terms
and conditions at any time by updating this posting. Concept III
Performance may terminate this agreement at any time without notice for
any reason. Users may terminate this agreement by destroying all
materials obtained from the Concept III Performance site.
